This delightful 1933 advertising poster by Marcello Dudovich was created for Zenith children's shoes — a charming commission that shows the great Italian artist's versatility and his ability to bring warmth and personality to subjects as different as grand resort posters and the everyday business of keeping small feet well shod.

Marcello Dudovich (1878–1962) applied the same care and craft to this children's shoe poster as to his most celebrated fashion and travel work.
